We recommend all new and returning artists read our refreshed Artist Information document before registering. It explains how this event works generally and what to expect this year in particular:

- ONE form per artist, please.
- INDIVIDUAL artists only, no collectives or groups.
- This is an event for adults (19+ yrs), although we will accept registrations from 18-year-olds with express permission of a parent/guardian (see below).
Paint the Town Auction and Gallery site:
Royal Canadian Legion, 66 Victoria St., Annapolis Royal
- Parking on-site
- Artist sign-in will take place Friday 6pm-8pm OR Saturday 8am-10am in the lobby
- Complimentary artist breakfast Saturday and Sunday 8am-10am in the dining hall
- Complimentary artist supper Saturdary 5:15pm OR 6:15pm sittings in the dining hall (pre-register below, +$25 to invite ONE guest)
- Paint the Town art auction Saturday and Sunday, 10am-6pm in the main hall
Paint the Town is organised by the Annapolis Region Community Arts Council (ARCAC), a registered charity dedicated to promoting the arts. ARCAC offices and galleries are located at ARTSPLACE Gallery, 396 St. George Street, Annapolis Royal, NS. arcac.ca / 902-532-7069

SALES INFORMATION
I will bring ONE studio piece for sale (80% to the artist) - Max. size allowed 24" x 24" (or 576 square inches). No exchanges during the event, nor substitutions if sold.

As a Paint the Town Artist Participant I agree to grant to ARCAC and its authorized representatives permission to record on photography film and/or video, pictures of my participation at Paint the Town.

I further agree that any or all of the material photographed may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochure, or other printed materials used to promote ARCAC, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.
