The Purrty Pooch is a professional pet sitting service operated by Tyler Johnson. We provide in-home pet care to ensure that pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. I understand that The Purrty Pooch is a pet sitting service that invites the owner of the business, Tyler Johnson, into my home for the purpose of caring for my pet(s).
I agree and understand that my pet(s) will be under the supervision and care of Tyler Johnson. I acknowledge that all pets behave differently and that, despite proper supervision, injury, illness, or escape may occur, including but not limited to minor scratches, bites, cuts, accidents, or property damage. I accept all risks associated with pet care, including overnight stays, and understand that Tyler Johnson is not responsible for any injury, illness, escape, or damage that may occur while my pet(s) are in their care.
I certify that my pet(s) are current on all vaccinations, medications, and preventive care, are free from contagious diseases, do not have aggressive behavior that could endanger people, other pets, or property, and that all medical conditions, dietary needs, or behavioral concerns have been fully disclosed. I agree to provide accurate and complete information about my pet(s) and promptly notify The Purrty Pooch of any changes.
I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Tyler Johnson and The Purrty Pooch from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, or causes of action, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death of my pet(s), damage caused to property by my pet(s), veterinary bills or medical expenses for my pet(s), and injury or damage caused to third parties by my pet(s). I further agree to indemnify and defend Tyler Johnson and The Purrty Pooch against any claims, lawsuits, or damages resulting from my pet(s), including legal, financial, or medical responsibility.
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Tyler Johnson to use professional discretion to provide care for my pet(s), including seeking veterinary care at my expense if necessary. I understand and trust that Tyler Johnson will act in my pet(s)’ best interest and make professional judgments during care, including emergencies, but I agree that Tyler Johnson and The Purrty Pooch cannot be held liable for any outcomes, costs, or consequences resulting from those decisions.
