One (1) 6ft skirted table and two (2) chairs
Two (2) conference registrations at discounted exhibitor rate ($150.00 each) and name badges for exhibitor staff.
Exhibition Space Fee.
Corporate/For-Profit Exhibitor: $1,000.00Federal, State, Local Government Agency Exhibitor: $500.00Small Business/Entrepreneur Exhibitor: $250.00(independently owned and operated enterprises selling goods or service)
Non-profit 501(c)3 Exhibitor: $250.00 (with a budget of $1,000,000 or more and requires proof of non-profit status upon registering)
Non-profit 501(c)3 Exhibitor: $150.00 (with a budget of $1,000,000 or less and requires proof of non-profit status upon registering)
Exhibition Space Needs.
1. The booking fee will be invoiced.**Late Exhibit Reservation after July 1, 2023(through August 1, 2023) will incur an additional $100 late fee on top of stated rates.
2. The organizer remains the right to reject any reservation and to refund the booking fee in full without naming any reasons.
3. As exhibitors we agree to pay the total cost shown above. We hereby declare that we have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the participation details outlined above and agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Saving Ourselves Symposium and any agreements which may be imposed by the relevant authorities or the venue as a condition of allotment of space. We hereby sign and agree to be bound by them.
4. Cancellation: Written cancellations postmarked or dated and sent to email@example.com by June 30, 2023 will be honored with a full refund less a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after June 30, 2023.
