Our 75 People challenge

This year marks the 75th birthday of the National Health Service on 5 July and Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership will join in the celebrations. To kick things off, we are inviting you to join ‘Our 75 People’ challenge, to help recognise the incredible work of our partnerships’ workforce.

This is open to everyone whether you work in health and care that is in the NHS, our local authorities, in our voluntary and community sector, or independent care providers. We all Act as One to keep people 'happy, healthy at home'.

To take part all you need to do is record a short mobile selfie video, telling us about yourself, your role, and what the NHS means to you, either personally or professionally. Please complete the quick form below and upload your video before you submit your entry - it's as simple as that. 

Written entries can also be submitted by using this form, if you prefer. By submitting your entry, you are giving consent for your story to be shared across our communication channels within our partnership throughout the year.

Everyone who sends in a submission will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on Wednesday 5 July 2023.
