  • 1.  I understand that no drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products are allowed on the premises of the Courtland Community Center.

    2. I understand that firearms, fighting, and the use of profanity is prohibited on the premises of The Courtland Community Center.

    3. I understand that any disorderly conduct shall be grounds for immediate termination of any activity/event without refund.

    4. I understand that The Courtland Community Center reserves the right to inspect the premises without prior notice.

    5. I understand that the person filling out this form will be held liable for any damages to the property, building, or items stolen that occured during the rental.

    6. I understand that the contract holder must be over the age of 21.

    7. I understand that no pets are allowed on the premises of The Courtland Community Center unless the animals are service animals, or emotional support animals. 

    8. I understand that once payment is submitted that all payments are non-refundable.

    9. I undertand that The Courtland Community Center has an inside maximum capacity occupancy of 49.

    10. I undrstand that events needing security agents and events charging a fee  are not allowed.

    11. I understand that all indviduals are required to be out of the building and completely off of the premises by 11:45 PM.

  • Cleanup Policy

  • 1. I understand that the person filling out this application is fully responsible for cleaning any and all locations that were utlized during the rental. (outside & inside)

    2. I understand that the person completing this application is responsible for walking thorugh the building and on the outside grounds after an event to ensure that the sate of the faciltiy is identical to the initial baseline condition identified before the event.

    3. I understand that the person completing this form will be responsible and charged for any damages to the building equipment , outside equipment, furnitire and for any missing items after the event.

    4. I understand that not abiding by the clean up policy will result in an automatic ban from the Courtland Community Center.

  • Waiver

  • We have 2 rental options available: 

    Courtland Community Center has 2 rental options available. Both options require a non-refundable deposit of $50.00. Once the form and the deposit has been submitted we will send an invoice that will include the remaining balance to the email provided.

    If you are utilizing our standard rental option the remaining balance will be $175.00. If you are utilizing our deluxe rental the remaining balance will be $25.00.

    All invoices must be paid in full within two weeks of the requested rental date. If the remaining balance is not paid within the specified time frame the rental date will no longer be reserved and will be opened up to the public.

    Standard Rental

    $225.00

    Birthday celebrations, baby showers, family reunions, etc.  ($50.00 deposit + $175.00 rental fee)

    Deluxe Rental

    $75.00

     

    For churches, local non-profits, or charity events ($50 deposit + $25 rent fee)
