ATTENTION
The installation of the Driveway/Culvert must be done by a licensed contractor and adhere to the
installation of Gordon County ULDC guidelines.
Once the construction entrances are installed, it is the Permit Holder/Contractor responsibility
to keep debris from tracking or washing out into the roadway.
After installation the Permit Holder or Contractor must contact the Gordon County Public Works
Department for final inspection prior to business opening or within seven business days for residential.
Any deficiencies noted by the County must be resolved immediately at the installer's expense.
