Buy the building outright
Hire staff to manage the building, events and volunteers
Beautify the space so that it is more welcoming for more tenants and events
Which fundraising strategies would you be supportive of?
Rent out the ballroom to a long-term tenant (such as a performing arts organization), to allow for steady income
Seek out more tenants and groups who want to rent the spaces for events
Work with a grant writer to write grants
Seek out more individual donors through a crowd funder and monthly giving campaign.
Seek out government grants and contracts, especially for mutual aid/resilience-based organizing.

Please share other ideas for how to bring in income to Omni, and other ways that you/your org might be able to support fundraising for Omni
We are considering organizing a strategic planning session, to look at both short- and long-term goals (which are needed when we write grants). Would you be interested in attending a strategic planning session? If so, for how long?
Yes, full-day retreat
Yes, half-day retreat
Maybe, not sure
I'm not interested, but someone from might organization/Collective might be.
