Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service.

Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 1-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen.

I understand that in order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, We do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with the Salon. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hour notice you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Should you not show up for your scheduled appointment you may be charged 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Thank You
