The Shop Long Beach campaign will Spotlight your business, a free program provided by the City of Long Beach. Customers have already been awarded thousands in LocalCash that can only be spent at participating merchants. LocalCash™ is like cash back that can only be spent at Spotlight businesses (participating). No payment processing fees!

For customers:
- Consumers can earn Points by submitting receipts to Localight.
- 5,000 Points will unlock $20 in LocalCash that can only be spent at Spotlight merchants (see below).
- Over 100 customers have received rewards worth thousands, and we are just beginning the program.
- The Small Biz Blitz contest concluded on Sept 3, 2023 (Labor Day weekend) and fall campaigns (and prizes) will be announced periodically.
