How does it work?
- By agreeing to use our services, we will enter into a Joint Venture Agreement (“JV”) with a 50/50 net split
- Prior advertisements must be removed from your property both digitally and physically from the premises
- 20 business days of inspection period in your contract are required in order to submit the JV request
- 1 video walkthrough (or 30+ pictures) of all interior and exterior of property is required in order to submit the JV request. If not included in this JV request submission, a $299 service charge will be billed to you.

JV Partner has provided a lead to T&R Certified Closing LLC for the purpose of real estate investing. Should this lead result in a successfully closed real estate transaction then JV Partner & T&R Certified Closing LLC shall split the net profits 50%/50%.

JV Partner understands that T&R Certified Closing LLC works with various transaction coordinating companies and reserve the right to contact the seller and all parties involved in this transaction.

JV Partner understands there are risks associated with this stratagy and agrees to indemnify T&R Certified Closing LLC and/or anyone affiliated with T&R Certified Closing LLC in the event of a lawsuit or claim resulting from negligence, bad faith and/or misconduct. This agreement is not intended nor shall be construed as a general partnership, principal/agent, or employer/employee arrangement. Both parties shall be responsible for filing the required tax forms for reporting the profits or losses for this venture.

By entering into this Agreement, JV Partner agrees to allow T&R Certified Closing LLC the exclusive right to market the property by any means it deems necessary for up to 20 business days after this JV request is approved.
