• DVA Vehicle Sticker Application Form

  • Apply for a DVA Vehicle Sticker using this online application form. Once your application has been approved, you will receive a Statement of Account (SOA) in your email, which you can pay via bank deposit, bank transfer, check, or cash. Please ensure your email address is correct and working.

    Sticker Prices:

    For Resident Owner / Non-Resident Owner (property is not for lease):

    • First 4 Stickers: ₱1,000.00 each
    • Second 4 Stickers: ₱2,000.00 each
    • Third 4 Stickers: ₱4,000.00 each
    • Dasmarinas Village-Only Limited Stickers: ₱6,000.00 each

    For Lessor / Non-Resident (property is for lease) / Lessee:

    • First 2 Stickers: ₱1,000.00 each
    • Second 2 Stickers: ₱2,000.00 each
    • Third 2 Stickers: ₱4,000.00 each
    • Dasmarinas Village-Only Limited Stickers: ₱6,000.00 each (Maximum of 2)

    Motorcycles:

    • Php500.00 each
