I/We accept the Club's regulations and agree to sail according to the Sailing Instructions My/Our boat is adequately insured by third party insurance to sail in DBSC races (minimum €3 million) I/We shall comply with the class safety equipment rules to be established by the class. My/Our boat will be available for inspection by the Class Safety Officer. Competitors sail entirely at their own risk. DBSC Ltd., , its race officers, committee and organisers shall not be liable for any claim for accident or mishap. It is the sole responibility of the owner or helmsman to decide whether to sail or not in every case.

Under Irish Sailing Prescription 2021 - 2024 Rule 46 states, PERSON IN CHARGE to be eligible to compete in any event run by an organisation affiliated to Irish Sailing, the designated person in charge shall, i) Be an Irish Sailing Personal Member, a member of an Irish Sailing affiliated Category 1 Club or an equivalent Club in Northern Ireland OR ii) When the DESIGNATED PERSON IN CHARGE is not a resident within the jurisdiction of Irish Sailing, the competitor shall comply with the requirements of the National Authority of the country of which he is a national or ordinarily a resident
