WE HAVE 4 FUN, EXCITING, DISCOUNTED, SPECIAL PROGRAMS FOR THE YOUTH THIS SUMMER:

Summer Camp: 7:30 am-4pm (M-F)

Sports League: 4:00 pm-6pm (M-F)

Game Nite: 6pm-8pm (Only on Fridays)

Football Academy: 9am-3pm (Only on Sat)

(All 4 programs starts on the week of June 8th-Aug 7th for ages 4-17.)

On the catagory below, type "N/A" if your child will not be present. Please note that whether your child/ren chooses to attend or is absence for the program/s he/she is enrolled in, the prices for our program/s will remain the same and will not be prorated or altered. 

CAMP JERSEY SIZES:

XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Summer Camp (M-F) 7:30am-4pm Sports League (M-F) 4pm - 6pm

(both programs starts on June 8th-Aug 7th for ages 4-17)

POLICY:

1.)  V-Camp Sports accepts cash, money orders or checks. *Please make all checks or money orders payable to: V- Camp Sports

2.) There will be a charge of $37 for NSF

3.) We accept payments through the registration application form and online at VCAMPSPORTSLEAGUE.com (click on "SHOP" and begin shopping for items!) All campers must purchase a camp shirt for summer campsports league club.

4.) Registration fee per camp is non-refundable. Upon registration, parents will receive a camp receipt.

5.) There will be no refund for misbehaved campers who are expelled from the camp.

6.) Registrations are accepted first come; first served until the program is full, so register early to avoid disappointment.

7.) Parents late pick up fee $1 per minute.

Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims (Please  carefully)

I hereby given approval and consent that my son(s)/daughter(s) may participate in the      V- Camp Sports, LLC program. I hereby waive any responsibility on the part of the V-Camp Sports, LLC staff or volunteers and First Baptist Church of Plantation for any injury that may occur to my child while he/she is participating in the camps. I understand the refund policy. I have read, understood and agreed to the above.

Photo/Testimonial/Waiver Release

I permit V- Camp Sports, LLC and First Baptist Church of Plantation to use my child's image in photograph, digital, or electronic form in publications, posters, brochures, websites or other media without limitation and agree not to make any claim for misappropriations of personality and breach of privacy against V- Camp Sports, LLC and First Baptist Church of Plantation and Grace Leadership Prep in respect thereof.

ITS TIME TO MAKE YOUR SELECTION!

ALL CAMPERS MUST WEAR A V-CAMP JERSEY TO CAMP EVERY DAY!

NOTE: The Summer Camp programs doesn't come with a camp jersey/shirt. If you purchased the summer camp discount special along side with the sports league discount special, you will only get 1 free camp jersey.

We have options below to purchase more camp jerseys!The same camp jersey is used for the summer camp or the sports league. You can register up to 3 campers per application. The 4th camper will have to pay for a additional camp registration fee separately. 

NOTE: You cannot order the SPORTS LEAGUE program alone and get the special discount price. In order to get the special discount you must order both the SUMMER CAMP and SPORTS LEAGUE PROGRAM.
