HAF On The Hill Booking Form- August 2023

You can sign up your young person to attend up to 14 HAF On The Hill sessions in August 2023. Please complete the booking form fully.
Free school meal eligibility

These funded HAF On The Hill sessions are predominantly for children in receipt of benefit-related free school meals. Please input your unique benefit-related FSM code, which will have been issued by your young person's school or Devon County Council.

Your young person may not be in receipt of free school meals BUT may be eligible for a funded HAF place if they fit any of the following criteria. Please note these places are very limited to only 2 per session,as the funding is predominantly for children in receipt of benefit-related free school meals - please contact rosie@onthehill.camp to enquie about availability of these places.
Exteded criteria for a funded HAF place
- young carer
- looked after/or previously looked after child
- child with an EHCP
- low attendance at school
- at risk of exclusion
- low income houeshold
- friend of a secondary aged child
