  • The City of Lewisville and Lewisville Convention & Visitors Bureau proudly present the 2023 Lewisville Western Days Festival slated for September 29 & 30. 

    Food Vendors shall not be permitted to sell alcoholic beverages in their booth per TABC regulations.

    Event management reserves the right to limit the number of these types of vendors serving similar products.

    **A VALID COI IS REQUIRED FOR ALL FOOD VENDORS.**

    **No Balloons of any kind (mylar or latex, inflated or un-inflated) can be displayed, sold or given away by any food vendor, vendor, city department or sponsor. If released into the air, they interfere with drones used by our public safety/ first responders.**

    **All vendors, regardless of type, should not consume any alcoholic beverages, smoke or vape while staffing their booth space during load in, events hours or load out.**

  • All applications are subject to approval once all required information is received. If accepted into the festival you will be notifed at least one week after application submission by the Vendor Coordinator. 

  • ***If accepted, you will receieve details regarding the certificate of insurance and  payment options. Payment is DUE IN FULL WITHIN TWO WEEKS of your acceptance confirmation email. Failure to make payment and submit a vaild COI within this time frame will forfiet your spot in the festival. 

  • DEADLINES

    Application Deadline: August 31, 2023.
    Cancellation Refund Deadline: August 4, 2023
    Certificate of Insurance: WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF ACCEPTANCE CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
    No Applications Accepted After SEPTEMBER 8, 2023!

                • Food Vendor Sales Process

                  • This is a CASHLESS event. No cash will be collected by any food and/or beverage vendor.
                  • Vendors will use touchfree payment systems via the festival RFID code-embedded wristbands. Food vendors will adhere to festival touchless payment system guidelines. No cash will be accepted by food vendors.
                  • If approved as a vendor, you will receive more information regarding the festival RFID system.
                  • 20% of Gross Sales will be collected to the festival.
                  • Vendors will be paid their 80% earnings by check at close of event Saturday the 30th night.
                • Once you submit your application in full, we will contact you if you have been a selcted vendor or not. If you have any questions, please email westerndaysvendors@bweissent.com
