Terms & Conditions
This form must be completed to obtain a Buyer Number. A Buyer Number is required to
bid and purchase at any Manheim auction. When you sign this Buyer Registration Card,
you are making representations to Manheim Pty Ltd ABN 79 089 074 206 and each related body corporate (as defined in section 50 of the Corporations Act 2001) of Manheim Pty Ltd and any agent, officer or employee of any of them (Manheim) and also agreeing to the full Terms and Conditions titled ‘Terms & Conditions for bidding and purchasing items at Manheim’ on display at Manheim sites and available upon request from reception (Terms & Conditions).
The Terms & Conditions contain important information, including warranty
disclaimers, limitations of liability and information about your privacy and you
should make sure you have read them prior to signing this document. If you bid at any
Manheim auction you will be subject to the legally binding Terms and Conditions.
Marketing
Manheim would like to contact you with information about our auctions and our other products and services and also provide your details to third party providers of finance, insurance, warranty and other vehicle related products and services that we think may be of interest to you, so they can contact you with information about their products and services. This contact may be by mail, email, SMS, telephone or other electronic means. If you wish to receive this information, please tick the relevant box/es below. You can let Manheim know at any time if you no longer wish to be contacted by us for these purposes, using the contact details in our Privacy Policy (available at www.manheim.com.au). Your consent will remain current until you advise us otherwise. If you no longer wish to receive information from the third party providers, you should contact them directly.
