2022 Kiwanis Field of Honor Order Form

Order for 2025 Field of Honor

The Field of Honor flag will be a 3’ x 5’ American flag mounted on an 8’ pole, placed in precision rows on the front lawn of the City of Seminole City Hall and adjoining Post Office. Each flag you sponsor will have a color custom-printed streamer with your service member's information. Cost $35

Accepted forms of payment: Debit, credit cards, cash, and checks. *Note: all payments by check or cash must be received within 7 days of your flag order to avoid cancellation.

Deadline for a flag sponsorship is 10/15/25 or when all 600 flags have been sponsored.
