Identify 3 specific learning objectives.
Learning Objectives are measurable when the participant can perform a specific task identified in the learning objective. This is needed for us to obtain CEs. We may “tweak” them if needed so that they will be accepted by our Continuing Education provider.
The format is as follows:
Participants will be able to _______ (insert action word from the list below and end with your objective.)
Please be sure to include at least one objective that is quantitative (States what the participant will be able to do (identify, name, compare etc) 2,3,4 specific items you are teaching.)
Examples:
Participants will be able to describe three DBT interventions that can help clients to improve their self-esteem.
Participants will be able to name two interventions used in the treatment of dissociative identity disorder.
