Let us bring the cake of your dreams to life!
Booking/Availability: During our busiest times we book out for custom orders anywhere from 10 - 21 days in advance. We ask for you to give us adequate time to plan for your custom cake and that you submit your request as early as possible.

Quoting: Please be aware that each custom cake we create is designed specifically for you so we ask you to allow minimum 2 business days for a response. We promise to get back to you as soon as possible!

Deposit: Custom cake & cupcake requests over $100 require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit. Custom orders costing less than $100 require payment in full upon booking. Once you have accepted the quote we provide we will send you confirmation of that quote as well as the invoice via Square to reserve your space on the calendar. Your space on the calender is not reserved until we have received payment on your invoice.

Gluten Free: We are not able to offer a fully Gluten Free option in our cakes due to the large amount of gluten flour we use and chance of cross contamination. We do offer a Gluten Friendly option where the ingredients used in the cake are all Gluten Free but we CANNOT GUARANTEE no cross contamination will occur. Please make note in the additional information section if you would like the Gluten Friendly option.
