Custom Rod Builders Guild Family Membership Application
The Custom Rod Builders Guild Family Membership provides a lower cost option for members of a family to receive benefits of Guild membership.

Two adults and their children can be members of the Family Membership. Major provisions of the plan include:

-One of the adults must be designated as the principal member. The principal member's contact information will be used for all Guild communications with the Family.

- Children under the age of 18 may be included in the Family Membership. They must be identified in the application for new or renewal Family Membership.

-The Family will receive only one copy of the Rodcrafters Journal each quarter.

-The new member packet will contain one certificate for the Family Membership.

-Youth members of the Family plan are exempt from any event activity fees but must pay for participation in any special activity that entails a fee.

-Youth members of this Family Membership are exempt from the Youth Membership fee if one of their parents is their designated mentor.
