Instructions:
1. Add a list of current students to the Student's Name field by pasting the new list over the existing names in Properties::Options. Include the names of the band and color guard and their grade. Include a 'New Student' option.
2. Do not change the question/words above any field or delete any fields.
3. It is ok to change the text in any paragraph field.
4. Before activating the form, delete existing entries from the Google sheet.
