Service Excellence Training

The St. Kitts Tourism Authority continues its mission to ensure stakeholders continue to execute their services in accordance with our destination standards and as such we will be hosting our annual summer training. This training is therefore mandatory and will be tailored to your specific group within the tourism sector. The cost for this training is $50 xcd per participant. Payment for the training can be made at the St. Kitts Tourism Authority, Pelican Mall, Basseterre, St. Kitts. Upon completion, establishments will receive a physical 2024 seal and each participant will receive a certificate of participation.
