General credit facility information.
- Invoices are sent on a bi-daily basis to the email address as per above the the accounts details dection of this account form.
- All invoices become payable in full on the 20th day of the month following invoice month (e.g. invoice date 2nd Jan - due date 20th Feb) and if not paid by the end of the following month (e.g. 28th Feb) are considered due past (overdue)
- We reserve the right to charge interest on invoices overdue at 8% above the bank base rate.
- No additional credit will be extended to past due accounts unless satisfactory arrangements are made with our credit department.
- Title to the goods shall remain the property of Car Paint Warehouse Ltd until the purchase price for the goods have been paid in full and received by Car Paint Warehouse Ltd
- Claims for shortages must be made in writing or by email within 5 days from delivery date.
- We reserve the right to claim for overdue balances for limited companies by the directors of the limited company.
