A member has the option to freeze their membership for a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 60 days. A member can only suspend their account up to 2 x per year (60 day increments In the event that you must re- suspend your membership, one EFT must process before a secondary suspend is granted. Upon the studio processing this form your membership will be in a suspension status. The benefits of suspending your membership include:
- No forfeiture of unused classes
- You will not be charged your full membership rate during your freeze period
- You can pick up where you left off once the membership is unfrozen
While your membership is suspended you will be charged a monthly freeze fee of $15 on your EFT date and you will not receive member benefits. Once your membership reaches the unsuspend date you will continue to bill at your regular membership rate. You may not retroactively suspend your membership. In the event you wish to cancel your membership, you must abide by the 30 day cancellation policy.
