RULES:
1. All participants are required to operate throughout the vendor advertised hours (4-7pm Participants that close and/or depart early on may not be eligible to participate in future events.
2. All participants must only take up their designated 10x10 allotted space. If additional space is needed you may be required to pay for the extra spot. Please contact us with special requests.
3. The following items should not be sold or given away by vendors: Snap-N-Pops, Crazy Foam, Silly String, Fireworks, Stink Bombs, Disappearing Ink, Water Guns, Cap Guns, Knives, and any other weapons. The Chamber, Town, or police have the authority to ban any other items they deem unsafe or a nuisance. Violation of this policy would result in the vendor being ejected from the event and banned from returning, without refund.
4. Only one (1) specialty item vendor (ex. Thirty-One Gifts, Mary Kay, Avon, Tupperware, Scentsy, etc for each company will be allowed to display/sell at the event. This is a first come, first serve basis.
5. REFUNDS: By applying for the market, the vendor acknowledges and agrees that the Winterville Chamber of Commerce shall not be obliged to issue refunds under any circumstances on vendor space rental. The Winterville Chamber of Commerce is not liable or responsible for delays, cancellations, or postponements of the market due to inclement weather, war, government actions, strikes, or other matters beyond our control. It is up to the discretion of the Winterville Chamber of Commerce to hold a make-up date and honor paid vendor fees or not.
6. Vendors are responsible for informing themselves of and complying to all City, State, and Federal laws, health and safety regulations, and are responsible for any sales tax due. Vendors are also responsible for obtaining any certifications or permits that are required for their respective products.
