By signing and submitting this application, I represent and warrant that all of the statements made by me in the above application are true and correct and that I have not knowingly withheld any information pertinent to being awarded a franchise. I understand that if I make a false statement, such action will terminate my application for consideration. I hereby authorize SNG Franchising and their duly authorized representatives to check the above information and conduct a credit check with a credit bureau, conduct a background and criminal investigation, and conduct whatever investigation as permitted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA). I agree that this application shall be and remain the property of SNG Franchising whether or not this application is approved. By my signature below, I hereby authorize all corporations, former employers, credit agencies, educational institutions, law enforcement agencies, city, state, county and federal courts and agencies, military services and persons to release all information they may have about me including criminal and driving history. Statement of Confidentiality

I further warrant that I am not party to any contract or business relationship that would interfere with my ability to enter into a franchise agreement with Stretch-n-Grow or operate a Stretch-n-Grow franchise. I hereby agree to the following:
- That all information to which I gain access or about which I gain knowledge during the application process are confidential trade secrets of SNG Franchising as defined in the Uniform Trade Secrets Act;
- That all marketing systems, trademarks, trade names, systems, and other matters related to SNG Franchising's business are also confidential and considered trade secrets of SNG Franchising as defined in the Uniform Trade Secrets Act;
- That said information will not be disclosed to any person not formally affiliated with SNG Franchising either during or after the application process; and
- That I will not participate in any activity considered to be detrimental to the business of SNG Franchising.
