IDGOP x Numinar Data Agreement
The Idaho Republican Party (IDGOP) is committed to helping support Republican Candidates and County/Legislative District/Precinct officials. The IDGOP in collaboration with Numinar will issue username and passwords to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Any current Republican holding office, with access restricted to their elected geography.
- Any Republican candidate seeking office as an official candidate, with access restricted to their geography for office sought.
- Any Republican campaign staff member, aiding in the election or re-election of fellow Republicans to public office, with that candidate’s approval, with access restricted to that candidate’s geography for office sought.
- Any current member of a County or Legislative District Republican Central Committee, restricted to his/her geography.
- The Chairman and Executive Director of the Idaho GOP have the right to issue any access to any fellow Republicans for any reason, on an as needed basis. As well as the right to remove anyone’s access at any time (within reason).
- Anyone with access to Numinar must sign the IDGOP Numinar Data Agreement.
- Anyone using an employee or volunteer on their behalf, must indicate on the data agreement the names of the employee or volunteer.
The Executive Director of the IDGOP will be the chief administrator of the IDGOP Numinar account and may give administrative/owner access to other staff within the IDGOP.
