to help build a permanent enclosed ice rink in Moscow, Idaho. I understand that the Palouse Ice Rink will use the funds for the construction and development of a new rink. My donation may be tax deductible as the rink is recognized as an IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, taxpayer ID number 20-5510852.

I understand that my pledge can be paid to the Palouse Ice Rink at any time. My donation shall be deposited into a separate, dedicated new rink construction account.

My pledge shall be payable in full on the date the City of Moscow releases to the Palouse Ice Rink the $1,000,000 it has committed to the project from the Hamilton fund, in the absence of an arrangement indicated above providing a different payment schedule.
