We so very much apreciate that a event is only as great as those involved, so we thank you.
- All participants must have their own PLI to participate, up to 10 million - you can abtain day insurance if needed from repitable agents like My Market Insurance (We have no afiliation)
- A Partisipation fee of $20 for all Vendors, Exhibitors, Swap Meet participants or Club tents
- Participants will need to provide their own marquee, please indicate size required and a short discription of your site.
- No ground stakes are not to be used with your marquee, or for any other purpose, stricly weights only.
- There is no power to centre field positions, but a small generator and or battery box may be used if needed.
- Food Vendors will be supplied power, food vendors please list your power requierments in the appropriate section.
- Once we have received your application, we will notify you of your acceptance via email, and bump-in information and fee payment details will be emailed closer to the event. Please Note; Payments must be made by due date.
