a little introduction

PCB is a little home-based bakery located in Alphington, Victoria. Our chiffon cakes are known for being light and fluffy, 'not-too-sweet' and above all, delicious! We pride ourselves on small-batch baking to ensure consistently good cakes. We've developed our own chiffon cake technique and perfected our recipes, so it's no surprise that our customers keep coming back. All of our chiffon cakes are made fresh to order, using quality ingredients sourced locally. We bake out of a council-approved kitchen, upholding high cleanliness and quality standards. Our signature pandan chiffon cake is ever-popular, and we often have limited edition flavours availabile seasonally, just check our Instagram page for the latest updates. PCB Chiffon Cake Menu

We bake our cakes in two sizes - Small (20cm, 6-8 serves) and Large (23cm, 10-12 serves). Our cakes are all dairy-free (hooray for those that are lactose-intolerant) however DO contain egg and gluten so are not appropriate for GF/vegan diets.

The OG. We love our namesake flavour, made from fragrant fresh pandan leaves. Our best selling chiffon cake, taste the strong pandan aroma balanced with subtle coconut, and a not-too-sweet flavour profile that is sure to be a hit.

Banana & Cinnamon

Orange & Poppy Seed (May-Nov)

Our seasonal orange and poppy seed chiffon cake uses sweet and juicy navel oranges to add a burst of delicious orange zing! Poppyseeds are folded through to complement the lightweight texture for a light crunch.
