  • The Front Split Project requires you to be able to dedicate a total of 2 hours to your training per week.

    This could be split in any of the following ways based on what you respond best to:

    2x 1 hour
    4x 30 mins
    7x 15 mins

  • Other lower body mobility & flexibility training can interfere with our training. 

    In order to maximise the results of this coaching:

    - Limit other flexibility training to light warm-up / mobilising work

    - Temporarily stop any flexibility training that heavily stretches the hamstrings (e.g. most yoga)

  • Lower body strength training heavily interferes with lower body mobility & flexibility training. Fortunately, we have ways of making them work together.
