This form needs to be filled out by the civilian pilots converting their foreign ICAO license to the FAA or TCCA format, or ex-military pilots converting their foreign military flight time to the FAA licenses. Information collected in this form will be processed by Raich Aerospace Group and its affiliates only. By submitting this form, you are giving permission to Raich Aerospace to share your application data with the FTPs contracted to provide training for the stipulated program.
