This release pertains to the 2023 Summer Camp and Workshops hosted by Prairie Players Civic Theatre and produced by Missoula Children's Theatre ("2023 Camp") inclusive of June 5, 2023 through June 10, 2023.

The parties to this release are as follows:
- {fullName}, a participant in the 2023 Camp and/or Workshops ("Participant")
- Prairie Players Civic Theatre, its representatives and employees ("PPCT")
- Missoula Children's Theatre, its representatives and employees ("MCT")
Please acknowledge each of the following agreements, and provide an electronic signature affirming your agreement.
Relationship to Participant*
I hereby jointly and severally release, acquit, forgive, and discharge PPCT and MCT from any actions, claims, demands, suits, agreements, judgments, liabilities, and proceedings, whether arising in equity or in law, and in particular arising from participating in activities involved in the 2023 Camp.*
I grant to PPCT the right to take photographs and video of Participant and Participant's property in connection with the 2023 Camp. I authorize PPCT to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. *
I agree that PPCT may use such photographs or video of Participant with or without using Participant's name, and for any lawful purpose including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web.*
I agree that this release shall remain binding upon all successors in interest and personal representatives of the contracting parties, to the extent permitted by law. *
