ALL EXHIBITORS must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance or a signed Hold Harmless Agreement – see General Policies & Procedures for details.

We will be setting up spaces based on the size restrictions as well as any regulations that are in place by New York State at the time of the festival. All of the spaces will be outdoors on the pavement of the Buffalo Bills parking lot. Each exhibitor will have the same size area unless you choose multiple spaces.

 

If you have a trailer that can be stationary for the entire event, you may request in advance to park it in a designated space in the exhibit area. We will not be using any buildings during the event.

This is the tentative map of the 2023 OP Festival of the Arts.

All new exhibitors must submit the following seven (7) photos:

• One photo - the exhibitor(s) who will be participating in the Festival
• Two photos - the exhibitor creating/building art/craft (e.g. exhibitor making the art/craft in their workshop.
• One photo - a picture of your actual exhibit booth display
• Three photos - the types of work to be displayed

All artists have the option of renting a single space or a double space. Orchard Park Chamber members will receive a discount. If you would like to join the OP Chamber before registering, please call us at 716.662.3366.

 

We use PayPal to process our transactions. You can use your Credit Card or your PayPal account. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.

• Single Space:  $225.00 (US)
• Double Space: $430.00 (US)
• Single Space, Chamber members: $125.00 (US -- save $100!)
• Double Space, Chamber members: $300.00 (US -- save $130!)

Exhibitor’s release and forever discharge Buffalo Bills LLC, SUNY Erie Community College, the County of Erie, Erie County Stadium Corporation, Orchard Park Chamber of Commerce, Orchard Park Festival of the Arts, Town of Orchard Park and Town of Hamburg, its members and Officers, and all sponsoring organizations and their officers/directors, employees, and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in conjunction with participating in the Orchard Park Festival of the Arts.
