- Applicant's resume or statement of work experience
- Statement of interest (limited to 1500 words)
- Three letters of recommendation, one of which should be from an American Agri-Women member in good standing.
- Employer statement and a spouse/partner statement, as applicable.

Application Part 3 – Acknowledgement of Program Requirements
- Current AAW membership
- $500 materials fee, due to AAW on acceptance into the program.
- Attendees should be prepared to bear the cost of travel to all in person meetings.
- Access to a laptop computer, including a reliable high speed internet or Wi-Fi connection, for course work and virtual meetings.
- Attendance at all scheduled events.
- Full engagement in program components.
- Respect fellow participants and instructors/facilitators.
- Act/dress in an appropriate manner.
By submitting this application, I acknowledge the requirements above and that this program requires a 15 month commitment, including monthly virtual sessions and four in person events.
