1. Detailed copies of all pages and Schedules of last year’s Federal Income Tax Return Form 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ.
2. Copies of all current W-2 Wage and Tax Statement Forms.
3. Situational letter. The situational letter is meant to explain the situation that causes your family to apply for financial aid, including specific hardships and financial difficulties (for example: loss of income, loss of job, unexpected financial hardships or sudden medical expenses). The letter should also include specific strategies your family has employed to afford tuition (for example: eliminated family vacations, cut family activities, or sold assets.) This letter is a critical piece of information in determining the financial aid award.
All three of the above requirements will be uploaded at the end of this form.
