VCA believes that Christian education should be available to all families regardless of social or economic status. If you have read through the tuition assistance information on our website and you would like to proceed with a financial aid application please complete the form below. **If you have not applied for enrollment at VCA please complete that application prior to completing the financial aid application. ** ALL INFORMATION IS STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IS SIMPLY USED IN AN EFFORT TO FAIRLY DETERMINE WHAT AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU QUALIFY FOR. ANY SHARING OF, OR RELEASE OF AID RECEIVED, WITH OTHER FAMILIES WILL JEOPARDIZE FUTURE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. YOUR FINANCIAL AID APPLICATION WILL BE REVIEWED BY OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH ANYBODY ELSE.

Financial Aid Consideration

To be considered for Financial Aid, you must submit a new form for each year and attach a copy of all necessary tax documents listed below. Grants are determined and awarded each year by a financial review process the uses an objective set of guidelines to determine eligibility factors. Awards will be determined within a month of receiving an application form and all necessary documentation.
Please note the required tax year documentation.

1. Detailed copies of all pages and Schedules of last year’s Federal Income Tax Return Form 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ.

2. Copies of all current W-2 Wage and Tax Statement Forms.

3. Situational letter. The situational letter is meant to explain the situation that causes your family to apply for financial aid, including specific hardships and financial difficulties (for example: loss of income, loss of job, unexpected financial hardships or sudden medical expenses). The letter should also include specific strategies your family has employed to afford tuition (for example: eliminated family vacations, cut family activities, or sold assets.) This letter is a critical piece of information in determining the financial aid award.

All three of the above requirements will be uploaded at the end of this form.
