The signee now is fully responsible for the items that were picked up. Any damages that occurred, Bespoke by Enoch can no longer be held liable for them.

1. Client agrees to return the rental by first business day following use or
pay a $50.00 per day extended rental fee. Saturday events are to be returned
the following Monday.
2. Apparel not returned in good condition within four (4) days of use date shall be
deemed lost or stolen. We may elect at that time to charge the full retail value
of the rental apparel.
3. Client agrees that we are not responsible or liable for personal items left in the
apparel.
4. The Client further agrees that all charges assessed against the client in
connection with this rental agreement including but not limited to charges
described above for late return of, damages to, or loss of rental apparel may
be charged against the credit card account used to pay rental charges.
