The Oakridge Subdivision Homeowners’ Association, Inc. website (herein referred to as “website”) is created with purpose is to establish a secure, private website for homeowners which provides readily accessible information and electronic features for requests, voting and paying dues. The Oakridge Subdivision Homeowners’ Association, Inc. Board of Directors (HOA Board) will maintain the site with support from third parties.
Access: This site is restricted to members of the Oakridge Subdivision Homeowners’ Association. Under no condition is a member permitted to submit any profane materials that can be construed as rude, intolerant, or demeaning. Submission of sexually explicit, profane, pornography or hate-inducing content will not be tolerated. The HOA Board has the sole right to determine whether language or imagery is abusive, profane, or potentially offensive.
Privacy: Information collected on the website is for the management and use of the HOA Board members. The website is maintained by a third party. The third party is under contract and agrees to treat all information such as personal identifiable information (i.e., names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses), documents, communication exchanges, pictures, and billing information hosted on the website or passed though the website as strictly confidential.
Security: The website has SSL encryption. A third party is contracted to maintain web services which includes resolving any sorts of bugs, glitches, defects, or changes which pertain the features of the website; and support up to date SSL for the website.
Members must not allow unauthorized users to access the website. Members must report issues and incidents affecting the safekeeping or security of the website to a HOA Board Member as soon as possible. Members are responsible for all activity performed under their credentials. Members are responsible for security of their credentials, taking necessary steps to prevent unauthorized access. Members must keep credentials secure and private and must not share credential.
Modifications: The HOA Board has the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement without providing notifications to its members.
Termination of membership: The HOA Board has the right to discontinue usage of the website for all members. And the HOA Board has the right to remove any member from access to the website.
Disclaimer of Liability: The HOA Board, website and its owners are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by members while using this site.
Indemnification: Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Oakridge Subdivision Homeowners’ Association, Inc., its board of directors, agents, affiliates and independent contractors, from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with external providers, any violation of this Agreement or other Oakridge Subdivision Homeowners’ Association, Inc. policy or law.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Louisiana.
