The ROM is currently accepting applications for Food Vendors for our ROM After Dark program.

This exciting opportunity to showcase your company’s cuisine to 3,000+ hungry guests as they enjoy entertainment, drinks, and the unique setting of the ROM over the course of a Friday evening is a fantastic way to connect with new customers as part of one of the city’s premiere cultural events.

Consider that each item or combination of items will be sold for one or more ROM Buck (value of $10 each, including tax).

17. Food Handling Certification-At all times when the food vendor is operating at ROM After Dark, there must be at least one certified food handler working in a supervisory capacity in each area of the premises where food is prepared, processed, served, packaged, or stored. The ROM requires proof of valid food handling certification. Please upload a copy of your food handling certification(s) here:*

18. Insurance Requirement Acknowledgement-The ROM requires that all food vendors carry a minimum of $5 million in general liability coverage, with 'Royal Ontario Museum' named as an additional insured. If selected as a food vendor for ROM After Dark, the applicant will provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance indicating a minimum of $5 million in general liability coverage and 'Royal Ontario Museum named as an additional insured.*
