Community asset map- A map where assets are identified, and visualized.
Equity Index- A tool which helps identify unequal impacts of policy and practice.
Zoning- A law that organizes how land may be used.
Neighborhood Conservation District- A zoning tool which helps to preserve and revitalize significant older residential and commercial areas, but has relaxed community-led regulations.
Strategic sites- The community's priority locations for redevelopment.
Tactical urbanism- City, organizational, and/or citizen led short-term, low-cost changes to the urban environment. Examples include pop-up bike lanes, colorful crosswalks, and pedestrian plazas.
