Given that I book everything myself, please understand that I may not get back to you right away, and it can take up to a week for me to reach out. I can’t do bookings if I’m tattooing, and I only reach out when I know I can set aside enough time to give you my full attention. If I’m on a break or at a convention, my auto-response over text will say so!*

Please Note: This form does not confirm your appointment. Once I recieve your form, I will screen it and contact you to move forward with booking. In order to book your official appointment, you will be asked to leave a deposit in proportion to the agreed upon tattoo. No appointments are booked and no work is started until a deposit is paid.
