1. PREMIER ARTS & EXPO SPONSOR -- $1,200(US) or $750(US) for Chamber Members

• Corporate banner (you provide) at event
• 10' by 10' space to promote your business
• Corporate name on event handout
• Link to your company’s website from Chamber Event Page
• Corporate name or logo in all print advertising

2. PREMIER BUSINESS SPONSOR -- $750(US) or $300(US) for Chamber Members

• 10 X 10 Space to promote your business
• Corporate name on event handout
• Corporate name on all print media

3. COMMUNITY SPONSOR -- $300(US) or $150(US) for Chamber Members

• Corporate name on event handout
• Corporate name on all print media
• Your product distribution at community booth

The total payment must be received by the Chamber no later than Tuesday, June 7, 2024, in order to assure your maximum exposure in all advertising.

SPONSORS release and forever discharge Buffalo Bills LLC, County of Erie, Erie County Stadium Corporation, Orchard Park Chamber of Commerce, Orchard Park Festival of the Arts, Town of Orchard Park, SUNY Erie Community College, and Town of Hamburg, currently located in the Buffalo Bills Lots, Orchard Park, New York, all sponsoring organizations and their officers/directors, employees, and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, losses or damages arising out of or in conjunction with participating in the Orchard Park Festival of the Arts/EXPO.

By signing below, I declare that I have read and I accept the General Policies and Procedures and agree, if accepted as a Sponsor, to abide by all decisions, rules, and regulations of the Orchard Park Festival of the Arts/Expo.
