Leadership Dallas 2024 Class Project Application

The Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC) is seeking volunteer projects for completion by Leadership Dallas, the region's top leadership development program. These projects emphasize service and leverage the diverse skills and expertise of the Leadership Dallas cohort from various industries. If your organization is chosen, the cohort will closely collaborate with you to plan, coordinate, raise funds, and execute the project, resulting in a collaborative and impactful outcome. Guidelines for Projects:

The selected project should address critical needs within the organization's program of work, with a clear focus on improving the quality of life for the organization's clients. The project should primarily leverage the skills and expertise of the Leadership Dallas cohort through service, with less emphasis placed on fundraising activities. It is essential the projects have the capacity to accommodate up to 55 class members, who will be divided into five subcommittees to effectively address the challenge. The project timeline should align to begin in October 2023 and conclude by May 2024. To ensure the success of the project, the chosen organization must be prepared to allocate ample staff time, ensuring that organizational capacity is readily available prior to submitting the project proposal.
