LGBTQ+ Business Directory Application

We are super excited that you are interested in being listed in our LGBTQ+ Business Directory. Please complete this form to begin the process of adding your business. 

We may contact you to ask questions about your business and why it should or should not be listed in our business directory.

There is a $25 fee to apply to add your business. This is because we are a 100% Volunteer based 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The funds collected from applications are used to keep the directory running. 

By submitting this form, you agree to be listed on the LGBT+ Business Directory page(s) of the Baton Rouge Pride Website. Baton Rouge Pride reserves the right to approve or deny anyone who applies. All applicants must be a legal, registered business in Louisiana. You also agree to have your email and contact information added to our digital and print marketing list for periodic emails and mailings. 

You, {yourName}, hereby known as "Submitter," warrant and represent {businessName}, the company listed (COMPANY) above, and are the owner of and/or are authorized to use any or all logos, illustrations, trademarks, trade names, cuts or any artwork supplied to BR Pride for use in the Baton Rouge LGBTQ+ Business Directory.

Submitter hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Baton Rouge Pride, Inc and its officers, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, servants, volunteers and assigns, and each of them, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, damages, losses, liabilities, obligations, judgments, liens, indebtedness, costs, attorney fees, injuries or others, claims which form the basis of pending litigations, and demands of whatever kind or character which may result and/or arising from your listing in the Baton Rouge LGBTQ+ Business Directory.

The digital signer of this agreement warrants that he/she/they are the owner, officer or duly authorized agent of the COMPANY with full authority to bind COMPANY hereunder. By executing this Agreement, submitter warrants and represents that they have completed the application above with true answers. If any answers prove untrue, Baton Rouge Pride may not approve the application and COMPANY will forfeit their application fee. 

All money collected by Baton Rouge Pride is 100% Tax Deductible to the extent of the law. You will be provided a Tax Donation Receipt once your business is approved.  Any additional donations added will not influence our decision to approve your application.
