Gents 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
Ladies 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
There will be weekly competitions where in you ll be required to do necessary and give presentations – Best will be rewarded / awarded and worst performance will be penalized
We don’t ask for overtime or Sunday ever - in any case - But do not restrict anyone who wants to work 24x7x365
From time to time you will have to learn and grow compulsorily and for that for the deficiencies - You ll have to join our training programme which included various classes (as per requirements) - Pay won't be made for the same
A. Basic Duties & Responsibilities & Rules & Regulations of Office and/or Onsite

4. No - outside food - pan / mawa / bidi / cigarettes - abusing verbally / physically - loud music - fighting - wasting time - watching television or movies or videos
5. Pay only after completion and final approval of work (duly checked and signed by 2-3 seniors and printed with updating of check lists on daily basis ) and not at all otherwise and will be carried forward in the next month or will be assigned to someone else - will not be paid if left incomplete
6. There is no advance pay system
7. Don’t say no to any work
8. There will be only 8 official holidays. Uttrayan, Dhuleti, Rakshabandhan & Diwali+5days
9. Max 24 Leave ( 2 Per month) / year including late arrival (even for a min) / early departure (even for a min) / year allowed what so ever- That too if informed a week in advance - After that will not be allowed . All Leaves Are Unpaid Leaves
10. In case the number of leave per month exceeds permissible , then in that case double pay will be cut for every additional leave
11. 1 emergency a month = 12 emergencies a year allowed separately apart from the 24 holidays mentioned above ( Valid proofs will have to be submitted) – All Leaves Are Unpaid Leaves
12. Total leaves amount to 100 days
13. For every holiday or late arrival / early departure proof will have to be provided.
14. No files to be deleted whatsoever in any folder
15. Counter check from checklist before submission of any work
16. Daily send a report of all work status @5pm
17. In case of any doubt for completion or hurdle do inform - So can discuss or communicate at the time of reporting and move forward but work should not be stopped or kept aside

19. Will have to take responsibility and accountability of each work performed
20. Send pdf / dwg / word / excel as soon as work done to sir / madam duly checked by seniors

23. Pay will be applicable only if abide by do s and don’t s and Basic Duties & Responsibilities & Rules & Regulations of Office and/or Onsite other wise Penalty will be imposed
24. Save all work on server only and No one should save on their desktops
25. All file names and content check - Project Name-Sub Project name-Room / Part category-Room / Part Name - Sub Room / Part Name - Design / Drawing - Version number
26. Cannot do private work/sites of any sort as monetary
27. Cannot take any sort of data through any medium
28. Every Monday at 5 pm discuss and submit and report next 7 days tentative submissions that you are supposed to submit during the week and daily update same (if required) at 5pm
29. Phones will not be allowed in office premises to be used during office hours and will be kept in lock and key. There will be a office phone number of which you can give your family
30. Before leaving 2 months notice period will have to be served. Otherwise pending pay will be forfeited.
31. Any sort of recommendation or salary slip or experience letter will be provided to only after 12 months of full service to the company
32. All data will be our sole property and should not be reproduced/used/shared with anyone whomsoever
33. Average 5 kms daily for Outside Office work / Store Visit / Supplier visit / Office Supply Restock - whose Travel Expance is 15 rupees (5km x 3rs) which is included in your salary - Extra Pay won't be made for the same
34. Tea or coffee will be thoughtfully provided twice each day to ensure your comfort and refreshment throughout your stay or working hours.
35. Any claim For pay will be entertained only within 15 working days from the date of issue.
36. Any claim for pay will be eligible only after completion of minimum of 30 working days as per instructions and guidelines and rules adn regulations and terms and conditions from the date of joining.
37. After successfully meeting the eligibility criteria, the hiring process may take between 1 to 30 days to complete.
38. Even after a candidate clears the eligibility stage, the final hiring decision remains at the discretion of the company.
