TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Non-Refundable Trial Fee: 100 AED + VAT. This will be deducted from total price if product(s) is/are purchased.
- Maximum of 3 rugs per trial.
- Trial service available in Dubai only.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Book your trial appointment and choose up to 3 carpets from the list.
- Our team will comfirm the appointment, bring your chosen carpets and help you with the trial. Please make sure that you are available at the time of the trial as our team can not leave the carpets for you to try at a later stage.
- If you like what was displayed for you, please go ahead with the purchase of the carpet(s) you wish to keep in the confort of your home.
- We have no refund policy for carpets purchaed trought home carpet trials. We allow returns of the carpets within 5 days in the original state with no signs of damage or use. We issue a credit note valid for one year with the total price minus the trial fee.
