    Welcome to the 2023 PIA VA/DC Annual Trade Fair & Convention.

    Important Dates and Information:   

    • Location: Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel
    • Hotel details are displayed later in this form and will also be on your Registration Confirmation.
    • Trade Fair: Wednesday, 7/26, 2:00 - 5:00 pm (free to agent attendees)
    • Full registration includes all functions and meals EXCEPT the Beachside Social.
    • Partial registration allows you to pick Trade Fair only, Day 1 or Day 2.
    • All functions are casual except the Thursday closing banquet Luau.
    • Thursday closing banquet Luau is business casual Hawaiian style. NO SHORTS.

    Net proceeds from the Beachside Social will be donated to Special Olympics Virginia.  You will have an opportunity later in this form to make a separate contribution to SOVA.

    The fun event being held Thursday (3:00-5:00 pm) will be held at Beachside Social.  The cost is $40/person.  Net proceeds benefit Special Olympics Virginia.

     

    There will be shuffleboard, bocce ball and board games.  PIA will provide light appetizers and drinks tickets.  For more information about the venue, visit www.beachsidesocialvb.com.

    The room block is from 7/23/23 - 7/29/23.


    Group rates for rooms in the room block are $279 to $299 per night. Rates do not include applicable taxes, resort and service fees.


    PIA group rates are available until Friday, 6/23/23. Reservations made after this date will only be accepted on room and rate availability basis. Refer to your hotel confirmation for all hotel policies.

  • By completing this registration, I give PIA permission to release my email to the 2023 Trade Fair Exhibitors.

    I understand that photographs or films of me may be taken during the events, that my likeness and/or name may be used in news coverage, publications, and/or publicity, that I will not be compensated, and I agree to these terms.

    Note:  The Beachside Social is SOLD OUT.  If you selected it above, your selection will not be honored and it will not be added to your invoice.  We have reached our maximum # of individuals allowed.

     

    After submitting your registration, you will receive an auto-reply that your registration has been received.  Within three business days, an Invoice and Registration Confirmation will be emailed to you.  If you don't receive them within that time frame, please check your spam/junk folder and then email carol@piavadc.com if still not found.

     

    All invoices must be paid prior to the Convention. Any balance due upon conference check-in must be paid in full in order to receive registration materials. Your invoice will include a link to a secure payment portal where you can pay using a debit card, credit card or check. To avoid delays with the US Postal Service, we recommend you pay online using this portal.
