  • CAMPGROUND GENERAL RULES, REGULATIONS & RESERVATION FORM

    CAMPER/RV MAY BE PLACED AUGUST 1ST AT 8:00 AM THROUGH AUGUST 13TH ENDING AT 6:00 PM

    • Camp space fee is $100.00 for Water/ Electric, $75.00 for Electric Only, and $50 for Dry Camping per space per unit for the week of fair.

    • Camping space number must be displayed visibly on your camper at all times.

    • Campers are required to stay within designated camp space. Pop outs cannot extend past assigned camp space.

    • No juvenile camps will be permitted. Each campsite must be supervised at all times by an adult age 21 & over.

    • It is your responsibility to assure that your camper is operating safely, including propane and electrical systems.

    • Please be courteous to your camping neighbors and keep noise levels at a minimum.

    • Camping areas must be kept clean, open, and visible to allow for safety checks.

    • There are limited number of spots available with 50 amps hookups. Campers are responsible for providing all needed adapters, connectors, and splitters to electrical pedestals and water.

    • No generators shall be run between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am.

    • Only registered campers may camp. No drop-ins will be allowed.

    • Alcohol is limited to within 50 feet of the campground.

       

    • Insurance is required to be valid and accessible.

    • No firearms, fireworks, or open fires.

    • Livestock and horse trailers without living quarters will be placed in the parking lot designated Trailer Parking Only.  Please park trailers in an orderly manner.

    • All dogs and pets on the park will be on a leash as per Laramie County ordinances and absolutely no dogs or pets in the livestock barns, barn area or exhibit hall.

    • No ATV’s (all-terrain vehicle), RUV’s (recreational utility vehicle) or golf carts allowed with the exception to County Fair vehicles. Camping privileges will be terminated and RV will be required to vacate grounds.

    • All RV’s and campers must be removed no later than Sunday, August 13, 2023 by 6:00pm.

    Pumping Services are being provided through the Fair. The pump truck will come through the grounds Thursday, August 3rd, Monday, August 7th and Thursday, August 10th.

    Please make sure to place your "Need Pumped" sticker in your front camper window so it is clearly visible.

  • 1. Camp Space Reservations will open online beginning June 1st at 8:00 am. Spaces are limited and therefore they will be assigned by a drawing. Only online submissions will be accepted and a drawing will be held to determine recipients of the Water & Electric spaces. At a date determined by Fair Staff, spaces will be awarded using random number selection that correlates directly to your entry.

    2. Camp space fee is $100.00 for Water & Electric and $75.00 for Electric Only, per space per unit for the week of fair.

    3. The corresponding fee must be paid in full no later than June 30th. If left unpaid, The Laramie County Fair reserves the right to reassign your space.

    4. Campers and RVs are required to stay within designated camp space. Pop outs cannot extend past assigned camp space.

    5. No mailed or phone reservations will be accepted.

    6. Campers are responsible for any damages or waste left in camper spaces.

    7. Unsightly or damaged spaces may result in cancellation of reservation for the following year.

    8. There will be no spaces available until the day before Fair begins. Please do not arrive before this time.

    9. No camping will be allowed on the grounds unless proper health and fire regulations are met.

    10. NO juvenile camps will be permitted. Each campsite must be supervised at all times by an adult (age 21 & over).

    11. Self-contained units will be allowed to remain in the park providing no waste material is expelled from the unit. Campers who do not have waste facilities will be allowed, provided all trash and debris are disposed of in barrels located around the park, and restrooms facilities are used.

    12. ABSOLUTELY NO TENTS will be allowed to be set up on the grounds under any circumstances.

    13. Your assistance in meeting County fire (W.S. 18-5-201 & W.S. 18-5-301) and health codes (W.S. 35-1-303) is required.
