Attendee Cancellations and Substitutions Policy

Cancellations
Registered attendees who are unable to or no longer plan on attending Automation Fair are responsible for cancelling their registration through the Automation Fair registration site.

Cancellations must be completed prior to November 7th, 2025.

Registrations NOT cancelled prior to November 7th, 2025 will be charged.

If you are taking part in a travel package, notify your account manager to cancel hotel accommodations. Hotel room cancellation is based on your local distributors travel package. Contact your local distributor to discuss this policy.

Substitutions
If an individual is unable to attend Automation Fair and their company wants to send another individual in their place, the first person must cancel their registration site on the Rockwell Automation Fair registration site. A new code will be issued to the PC for use by the substitute attendee. The new attendee will then need to use that code to register on the Automation Fair website.

Photography and Video Policy
Please be aware video, interview, and/or photography may take place throughout this event. By entering the event, you consent to photography, audio recording, and video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes of future events on websites, social media, and other print marketing materials by the Industrial Solutions Network of CED and its representatives.

Use of these images will not include personal details (such as names, email addresses or telephone numbers) on our website, printed materials or other marketing/promotional materials. If you would like to request the removal of specific images or videos related to this event, please let us know.
