What shifts are you committing to for the Oregon International Air Show at McMinnville event?* This field is required.Below are the current opportunities we have available for the 2023 air show in McMinnville: Ground Ops Set Up & Tear Down Crew - Depending on the day of your shift, you will be: Helping to organize the Air Show hangar for loading of equipment into trailer and flatbed with all Ground Ops equipment needed for the Air Show weekend on Tuesday Helping load and unload a trailer and flatbed with all Ground Ops equipment needed for the Air Show weekend Installing fencing along designated areas inside and outside the airport Installing tents and pop-ups Moving tables, chairs, and other equipment to various areas on field and setting up tables, chairs, etc. in appropriate areas If you are helping on Sunday with Ground Ops, you will be helping remove all fencing, tables, chairs, tents, and helping ensure the airfield returns to a trash-free environment Admissions Gate Attendants - You will be: Welcoming guests to the show Scanning admissions tickets Checking bags for unnecessary or restricted items Stamping hands of guests that will leave the show and return through the gates Premium Seating Attendants - You will be: Welcoming guests to the show Scanning admissions tickets Putting on wristbands on guests for quick identification Showing guests where their seats are Answering guest questions, if applicable Hospitality Trailer Attendants - You will be: Moving product from the Hospitality Trailer to various areas on-field Helping load and unload the Hospitality Trailer Helping take inventory of product Helping assist the Performer/Volunteer/First Responder Food Chalet when necessary Helping assist set up of corporate chalets, if necessary and applicable Parking Attendants - You will be: Helping assist guests to the appropriate lot/area Helping scan guests' parking passes Helping direct guests to appropriate parking spot Ensuring guests with appropriate parking passes enter appropriate parking lot Answering any guest questions when necessary
